Returns and Exchanges | Scarves & Me

We understand that sometimes items may not meet expectations. At Scarves & Me, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item, provided it is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging with tags attached

Please note: Sale items and promotional purchases are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  1. Send an email to info@scarvesandme.com.au requesting a return authorization (RMA number).
  2. Pack the item securely and send it to:

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged.

Returns for Online Purchases

We only accept returns for online purchases through the Scarves & Me website.

Damaged Item Refunds

If your item is damaged, we will cover the return postage and offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement of your choice for a product of the same value once confirmed by us.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card). Cash refunds are not available.

Color Variation Disclaimer

We strive to present accurate images, but color variations may occur due to screen and photo settings.
